Thanks for the recipe. It pretty much approximates the one I have - except for the lime peel...think I'll try some ortanique peel in mine. It's definitely not one for the cholesterol/calorie counters (me included) but I have to say I find it hard to resist. Probably why I didn't make any this holiday (hmmm, maybe I still can!). What I love the most is that it just gets better the longer it sits. I keep it in the freezer and that high octane rum keeps it liquid, but nicely viscous. i'm beginning to wish i hadn't tuned in to your blog...temptation is high. love the paper flowers girl. beautiful tree. can we get lessons? love ya!
